This activity, designed for foreigners, aims to bring Spanish cuisine closer to those who visit Madrid every year. The activity is always guided by two chefs from the School and lasts approximately two hours. Afterwards, the most popular dishes on our menu include: gazpacho, tortilla de patata, paella and tarta de Santiago.
